Jake at the Fairmount Martini and Wine Bar in Cleveland Heights, Ohio

2 oz Tom's Foolery Applejack

1oz fresh lime juice

Ginger Beer

Lime Wedge for Garnish

Pour the Applejack and the lime juice into a higball glass with ice cubes. Top off with the Ginger Beer and garnish with the lime Wedge.
