1. Both Stills

Paired copper pot stills. Beer still is 1,000 gallons. Spirit still is 200 gallons.

2. Beer Still

1,000 Gallons. Heated with Internal Steam Controls. Mash circulated with pump.

3. Beer still condenser.

About 1,000 gallons of water is circulated in to the condenser during distillation. Water is saved for future use.

4. Spirit Still

200 gallons. Build in France. Originally used to make Cognac. Seller estimated that it was build around 1875.

5. Spirit Still Condenser

Came with original cognac still. Built in France. Usually holds enough cold water that no circulation is needed. Deflegmator empties into the top of the condenser.

6. Mash Tun

1,000 gallons. Steam heated. Double jacket. Mash cooled with heat exchanger.

7. Two Fermenters. Open Top. 1,000 gallons.

Jacketed. Fill from the top for aeration. Lids are available (you can see one on the left fermenter).

8. Grain Auger.

Takes about 30 minutes to move 2,000 pounds of grain.
